Portable Monitor

1. Please make sure you're powering the monitor with the original wall charger we provided in the package.

2. If you don't want to use the original charger, please make sure the power supply parameter is 5V/3A. If you are connecting to your mobile phone, please make sure the phone's battery is 30% above.

3. Update the graphic card driver:

 NVIDIA Driver: https://www.nvidia.com/download/index.aspx

If those steps above didn't solve the problem, please contact SVANTTO Customer Center for help. Please provide the product model and S/N for us to deal with it.

1. If your device cannot provide enough power to the monitor, it will show nothing. Please use a power cable to connect to an external power source to supply the monitor.

2. If there is still no display after plugging in the power cord, please press and hold the power button (the middle button) to turn it on.

1. When there's not enough power (5V/3A or above) comes in, the screen shows Power Saving Mode and No Signal.

2. When the monitor is not connected with the available device using the supported port, the screen shows No Signal.

We need to use the Lighting to HDMI Adaptor to connect the iPhone and the monitor. Also, if your HDMI Adapter is not original from Apple, then you will need to connect a power cable to the HDMI adapter to power the monitor.

1. Please check whether the Type-C port of your laptop is a full-featured Type-C port.

2. If your computer's Type C port is not a full-featured Type C port, you can also use the included HDMI cable to connect the display. When using the HDMI cable, you need to use a USB A to Type-C Cable to provide power to the display.

3. Please make sure your laptop can provide 5V3A power to the monitor, otherwise, you need an external 5V3A or higher power supply.

The back of the stand is magnetic, as is the back of the monitor, which is mounted by folding the stand.

Click the Menu button to open the Parameter Settings > MISCSettings > HDR MODE ON

Because HDR mode consumes more power, when you need to turn on HDR mode, please connect an external power supply of 5V/3A or higher.

Note: HDR mode needs to be used with HDR video. If your video is not in HDR format, we do not recommend you turn on the HDR mode.

Connect the external power supply with USB A-C, besides the signal USB C-C connection Or HDMI connection. It will save the brightness adjustment settings when you turn on/off the screen.
